Our Discipleship Pathway
More than a Sunday.
Meeting Jesus on a Sunday is the beginning, not the destination. At Sun City, we invite you to walk with Him, and the pathway is how we walk together.
Church is where we gather; following Jesus is how we live.
Sunday services are the front door of our church, and we work hard to make them life-giving. But the Christian life was never meant to fit inside 75 minutes a week. Discipleship happens when Sundays turn into relationships, relationships turn into freedom, freedom turns into purpose, and purpose turns into a life that changes the world around it.
That journey is the pathway. Four steps, and every one of them is walked in a Small Group, with a few trusted friends and a workbook, one semester at a time.
Small Groups
Know God
It starts with a real encounter. Through Sunday gatherings and the ongoing application of God's Word, you'll get to know God in a very real way. Not as a distant idea, but as a Father who knows you.
The Know God group and workbook build the daily rhythms that everything else grows from: seeking God in His Word, hearing His voice, and processing it with people doing the same.
Small Groups
Find Freedom
You can't walk with Jesus alone. The relationships you build in a Small Group become the trusted friends who help you find freedom from your past, so nothing holds you back from God's future for you.
The Find Freedom group walks through it together, and we host three semesters every year: fall, winter, and summer. This is where church stops being a place and starts being a people.

Discover Purpose
God designed you on purpose, for a purpose. Through Next Steps and personal assessments, we'll guide you on a journey of discovering how God has uniquely wired you, your gifts, your passions, and your story.
The Discover Purpose group and workbook help you clarify God's purpose for your life and how to live it out, alongside people asking the same questions.
Small Groups
Make a Difference
Discipleship was never meant to end with you. On the Dream Team, you'll use your talents to serve others, inside the church and far beyond it, making a difference in the world around you.
The Make a Difference group teaches the ministry skills Jesus used, reaching people and making disciples, so your purpose goes to work.
Walked together
The pathway starts in a Small Group.
Nobody walks with Jesus alone. Every step of the pathway is walked with trusted friends, and Small Groups are where you find them. Fall semester starts August 30.
